Featuring eight Content Streams that together target the key levers of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, Smarter Wellbeing is a pioneering approach.  Unlike other interventions, the programme recognises that humans are not machines: physical, mental and emotional wellbeing are indivisible and fundamentally interdependent.

Clients can choose to deploy the first four content streams for a ‘Core’ programme, adding streams 5 & 6 for an Enhanced programme, or all eight for a fully Integrated programme.  Content is highly focused, with each stream delivered in a 90-minute Instructor-led training session.
